Retale.com has released the Top 10 Party States in America. What qualifies a state to be in the top 10? Well, a certain criteria was used for the list. They took a look at the following data:

• Alcohol consumption per capita
• Number of nightclubs per capita
• Number of music festivals in each state
• Most popular tourist destinations
• Number of bars per capita
• Population density
• Last call times Later is better
• Number of universities and colleges per capita Well, college kids do love to party the most
• Combined alcohol taxes Lower is better in this case
• Median age Lower is better in this case
