The spinach in question was shipped to Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, Connecticut, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee, New York, Ohio, Missouri and Pennsylvania.

The bags are 8-ounce in size, with a Friday expiration date and the codes A27409A and A27409B are the ones in question, according to WGN.

If you find your spinach matches this description, throw it away.

As of now, no illnesses have been reported and the recall doesn't affect Baby Spinach or any of Dole's other salads.
