What I love about this time of year in Illinois is all the festivals featuring tasty things to eat. I'm a big fan of the food. One of my favorite meals is tacos. I'm always looking for new ones to try. Then, when you hit a taco festival, you're hitting the motherlode because there are so many different ones to try. Back in my drinking days, adding a little tequila would make the best follow-up.
