Several pianos were found in a rented storage unit located in Wisconsin, and local police are trying to figure out why they are there.
Is This Music Store In Wisconsin Guilty Or Innocent Of Wrongdoing?
When you're a homeowner, there are certain items that you can purchase for your house that you'd better make sure you really want because they are big, expensive, and hard to move. The perfect example is a piano. If someone in your family plays regularly, it's a great thing to have, but if it's going to just sit there, then you might want to think twice about it. It's very difficult to find a taker for one, even if it's free.

According to Fox 6 Now Milwaukee...
West Allis Police are investigating the discovery of dozens of pianos at a storage facility. They're looking into whether any pianos should be returned to customers of a long-time business that's run into legal trouble in recent years.
It's kind of like that show, "Storage Wars." Some units went unpaid for several months, so the company sold them. When the new owner opened them, he discovered 29 pianos. Definitely, not what he was expecting. Since it didn't seem right, the purchaser called the police. They connect the lockers with the Neuhaus Piano Workshop. The business has a history of not returning pianos to the owners. They probably couldn't fit them in their store, so this was the solution.

My question is, what did they plan to do with the pianos? As I said, it's not like they're easy to move or sell. The music shop was spending a lot to store them. Some of the customers have been missing their pianos for many years. Maybe they didn't care if they got them back.
