Recently, a driver in Wisconsin learned a valuable lesson: don't drive around a "Road Closed" sign because you never know what's on the other side.

Wisconsin Car Ends Up In Wet Cement After Driver Ignores Road Closed Sign

It's hard for me to believe that, on a daily basis, driving through Rockford to and from work, how many drivers I see that break the rules of the road, almost get in an accident, but simply still don't care. I've come to the conclusion that people just don't care, and that's scary. A driver in Wisconsin with that attitude finally learned a valuable lesson.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office took to Facebook today to remind drivers in Wisconsin about the consequences of driving past “road closed” barricades, presenting an unusual example of the pitfalls someone might experience.

One of the illegal driving moves I see a lot in Rockford is cars going around "Road Closed" signs. That's a pretty risky thing to do because that sign is out for a reason and you don't know what's coming up on the other side. Though it might take longer, I think it's safer to just take the detour. It's not worth the consequences.

This happened up in Dodge County, Wisconsin. A driver came upon a "Road Closed" sign. Instead of obeying the warning, the guy drove around the sign and kept going. After a few blocks, his car got stuck. He drove into wet cement. So now, he'll have to pay for the mess he made. Plus, his car got ruined. To top it all off, he got a ticket and a fine. Was it worth it?
