Scientists are developing a hangover curing beer... which is the best news ever.

I hate hangovers. They are the absolute worst possible scenario after a fantastic evening drunk cleaning your basement. Trust me, I know.

I thought I knew the secret to avoiding hangovers. After each cocktail, drink a glass of water. Eat a bunch of junk food before you pass out. Take two pain relievers. It's as simple as that. Until you have had one too many and all caution goes out the window. All of the steps in my 'preventative hangover ritual' get thrown to the waste side and I'm stuck with a pounding headache and nausea all the next day.

What if you could drink beer all night and wake up hangover free the next day? Sounds amazing right? Well... science has almost perfected it!

What scientists are doing according to Eater.com is adding electrolytes to reduce dehydration.

Researchers at Griffith University in Queensland have found that adding electrolytes in the form of sodium to beer 'improves fluid retention' which will minimize the dehydrating effects of the beer.

Trials of the electrolyte beer found that it helped in low-alcohol beer, such as your Miller Lite or Bud, but it doesn't work so well in the big full-strength craft beers.

I guess you could try mixing Gatorade with your beer, but that would probably taste pretty nasty.

Let us all hope this miracle product can be perfected quickly as it will completely change the way you drink.
