First of all please cab, Uber, or have a D.D. if you are drinking Saturday night please.

In the event that you have a few too many, allow me to take care of you. Well, I'm not coming over to your house with donuts and Tylenol, but I can offer you up these suggestions.

Refuel at the breakfast table - It's O.K. to load up on sugar the following day

Go one for one - beer water beer water

Chow down - Fuel up on BBQ prior to getting your drink on

Keep it light - Colors of drinks mean something

Stay classy - Typically the more expensive booze will change your hangover

Take a multivitamin - Drinking depletes your vitamin levels

Skip the bubbles - carbonation leads to headaches

Practice your downward dog - breathing, meditation, oxygen people

Grab some potassium - drinking dehydrates you, potassium to load back up

Scramble eggs - Eggs contain taurine, which has been shown to reverse liver damage caused by a night of heavy boozing

Sip ginger tea - battles you possibly puking

Get some fresh air - Increase oxygen level

Play D.D - Don't drink
