Freeport Prepares to Rock and Roll all day

Freeport's Krape Park will be the scene of an all day music festival at the end of the month.

First off Krape Park is spelled the same backwards and forwards, think about it. Secondly, August 27th there will be an all day music festival in Pretzel City.

The entertainment starts at 10am and goes until 9pm with a wide range of musical styles. According to Freeport News people attending are encouraged to bring a "dish to pass" and take part in the following activities:

• Oldest Band Shirt
• Weirdest Musical Instrument
• Weirdest Music Instrument That Actually Plays
• Most Music Concerts Attended
• Most Vintage Guitar or Bass

The all day music in Freeport is FREE and open to the public. Freeport is looking to make this a more personal type festival, open to all of the public. Bag games, other events throughout the day will also be available, or you are encouraged to  bring your own.  So grab some lawn chairs and what picnic supplies you may need and come out and enjoy a day of music and fun at Krape Park August 27th.
