Unfortunately, many criminals don't have much of an education. If they did, then maybe the bad people would think before breaking the law. I don't have any experience with sketchy behavior but I do know common sense. Even if the suspects didn't go far in school, you would hope they at least had some street smarts.

Of course, that's not the case. Otherwise, they would think twice before doing it. Ever notice, the smart ones don't end up with their name in the police blotter? Dumb criminals committing stupid crimes.

First of all, I always discourage anyone from breaking the law. Nothing is worth going to jail for. If you find it necessary, then I highly recommend sticking with this rule of thumb. I believe if there really was a class in school called Crime 101, this would be the beginning lesson. Don't attract attention to yourself.

Wisconsin Man Arrested For Being A Dumb Criminal

A speeding car and the smell of marijuana led to the discovery a loaded firearm in the vehicle in which police later arrested a 22-year-old Kenosha man Monday night.

 

Mistake number one, the suspect is going 61 mph in the 45 zone. There he goes attracting attention to himself. He might as well hang a sign on his car that says arrest me. While he's speeding, the guy is smoking weed. That's illegal and his second bad move. Which leads to the cops searching his vehicle. They find a loaded gun. Of course, he doesn't have a permit. I would call that strike three your out.
