Background Story

Today, I had to totally break down and finally mow my yard. I believe I was the last hold out in the neighborhood. I should have done it last week but just did not get to it. I probably should be honest, I just did not want to do it.

As I pulled out my lawnmower, I began thinking how much I really hate mowing my yard. Since it was the first time for the season, it took me several tries before I got my mower started.

My mower is old and junkie but replacing it just is not in the cards right now. My lawn is not very big but it is just a pain to cut. I have had some work done around myself so currently, there are lots of weeds and dirt.

I could be very happy if I never had to do it again. At this point, it just seems not worth it to pay someone to do it for me. Unless I came into some extra money.

What Would I Do If I Won $10K

As I was finally putting my mower away, I had a great idea. A giant light bulb appeared above my head. If I won the $10,000 grand prize from the Ultimate Stimulus Check, I would use the cash to take care of my lawn for several years.

I could have the nicest yard in the neighborhood without having to do any of the work. Just thinking about it puts a big smile on my face.

I could cover the cost of many many Rockford yards. That way we all get the week off. I think people would really appreciate that.
