We May Have Found Rockford’s Worst Pothole

We may need to change Rockford's nickname from 'The Forest City,' to 'The Pothole City.'

Potholes in Rockford aren't new. In fact, the very first thing I noticed when I started working in Rockford were the awful potholes... and it seems like they just keep getting worse.

They are intense and abundant.

We think we may have found the worst one ever.

This enormouse pothole is on E. State Street across from Uncle Nick's and a closer look shows inches of pothole-ness ready to ruin your car.

With an incredible warm-up this week, we're expecting to see even more potholes popping up.
