When motorists were being cited, they told authorities "they never saw the traffic cone in the crosswalk." These morons shouldn't have a license.

According to LATimes.com, motorists in Moreno Valley, California are blowing through intersections where there are crosswalks. As many know, when pedestrians are walking in the crosswalk, you are to stop as the pedestrian has the right-of-way.

This is part of the police department's efforts to encourage motorists to pay attention to the road.
