Even these pro athletes appreciate deserve a little laughter (and competiton) during 2020. Apparently new boss man David Ross has a great sense of humor.
During batting practice at Wrigley Field, there is a Bill Murray, Eddie Vedder, Michael Jordan and more set up in the outfield. It's up to the Chicago Cubs batters to make contact with these cardboard cutouts. What a star studded ensemble of "target practice" for the Cubs.
I've heard a million times how difficult it is to hit a fastball, agreed. Now take that fastball into the outfield and hit a cardboard cutout, 150 feet away? Not a chance.
