Zippia put together a list of all 50 states featuring the weirdest town names in each.

While Egg Harbor was named Wisconsin's weirdest town name, for us, again, not that weird.

Anyway, to get to the weirdest town in Illinois, you're going to need to pack up the car and fill up the tank, because you're headed to Danville.

That's right, there's a Chicken Bristle, Illinois.

Nestled in Douglas County, about 5 and a half miles from Tuscola, sits Chicken Bristle.

Wikipedia says "Chicken Bristle has been noted for its unusual name." You don't say?

A drive from Rockford to Chicken Bristle will take you roughly three hours and 14 minutes.

Might as well go see what's going on in Chicken Bristle this weekend. Not like we've got much else to do.
