It's easy to take travel today for granted. You can board a flight and arrive a thousand miles away within two hours. You can hop in your car and head into downtown Chicago for evening and be back that evening. Not bad for a 140 mile round trip. During the summer, motorcycle riders spend as much time as possible on two wheels. It only takes one instant for things to turn dangerous and deadly. One distraction. One bad move. One mistake.

We remind you every year to keep an eye out for motorcycles and in turn, riders need to be responsible and careful. Here are two harsh reminders of how quickly things can turn bad on the road.
