Back on January 29th around 1pm Gabriel B. Fletcher, age 19, walked into the Rockton Mobil with a terrible disguise and robbed the gas station with a knife. He took off in a car similar to a Honda Prelude, heading north from the Rockton Mobil Station that is located at 111 North Blackhawk Blvd.

After being caught on camera, and knowing the type of car that this genius was driving, an arrest was made on Wednesday. Area schools were put on a soft lockdown on January 29th, which scares the hell out of all the "good" kids, so thanks for that dude... and the relatively quiet Rockton community was put on high alert. Did you really think you were going to get away with this Gabriel?

Gabriel Fletcher of Roscoe was pulled over when police noticed the vehicle he was driving, matched the description of the possible suspect vehicle. When the 19 year old Mr. Fletcher was pulled over, they also found weed.  Less than 100 grams but more than 30 grams. So along with the armed robbery charge that without a doubt makes mom and dad proud, he was also hit with one count of possession of Cannabis.

Mr. Fletcher was lodged into the Winnebago County Criminal Justice Center jail in lieu of bond. Rockton Police The good guys will always win.
