Prayer Vigil Tonight Near Morgan Street Bridge for Officer Cox

The Orchid Neighborhood Association is hosting a prayer vigil tonight.

The Rockford community gathers this evening to honor Rockford Police Officer Jaimie Cox, who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

The Orchid Neighborhood Association is hosting a prayer vigil tonight at 5:30pm in memory of Rockford Police Officer Jaimie Cox. The association will meet at the east side of the BLUE Morgan Street Bridge at the intersection of College and Seminary. The pubic is invited to join. music will be provided by Rockford's Harlan Jefferson. Also, a dear friend of 96.7 The Eagle, Lisa Hodges will be singing the National Anthem.
