Naming Winter Storms is something that is very new. It was the Winter Season of 2012-2013 where we first heard names like Caesar, Gandolf and Nemo. I admit, it's pretty awesome for Winter Storms to be named after my favorite salad, wizard and orange fish. Wouldn't it be better if we named storms after our favorite classic rockers?

Here are my favorite names  for 2013-2014 Winter Storms along with the horrific wintery weather conditions:

Angus: Heavy snowfall along with powerful claps of thunder shake the Earth's core all night long. Thunder may cause moments of high voltage in power lines. People are advised to stay inside without turning on electrical devices.

Bono: All snow turns red on Sundays. The window in the sky will be blue, but mysterious blinding lights will make horses and other animals run wild.

Deep Purple: Smoke rises from large bodies of water. Fire rains from the sky.

Jimi: Purple haze forms over road ways and mainly in rural areas. Usually is proceeded fire and winds crying Mary.

Zappa: Yellow snow falls from the sky. (Please do not eat the yellow snow.) I advise you stay inside, you don't want yellow snow on your moon unit if you know what I'm sayin'.

If you could name a Winter Storm after your favorite Rocker, what would it be? Let me know in the comment section below.
