Last Wednesday shortly after 2:30pm Brannigan's neighbor's called the police to file a complaint saying he was naked, kicking their door, and tearing down their decorations.

Per the criminal complaint, Brannigan was staggering and stumbling when officers arrived, telling them they needed to take care of the supposed heroin dealers in the apartment next to his.

He went on to say that he had to handle it on his own, because, according to his allegations, the police were working with said dealers and could no longer be trusted.

Upon his arrest, Brannigan was uncooperative, swearing at the officers, and refusing to put on his shoes.

He went on to threaten he would hurt the neighbors he believed to be selling heroin.

After taking a breathalyzer, Brannigan was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.21.

Brannigan is set to appear in court January 4th and was released the following day on $700 cash bond.
