I watch a lot of action movies involving crime, and I always think to myself, there's no way that's possible. Who comes up with that stuff, because it's so outrageous? If someone actually does evil acts like that, they're definitely a super villain.

My wife enjoys watching murder shows. I'll sit down and check some of them out with her. That's when I realized those crime movies can definitely be reality too. It's insane what criminals will try to get away with. An unbelievable crime like that recently happened in Illinois.
According to Fox 32 Chicago...
A jewelry store in South Barrington is asking for the public’s help after thieves broke in over Mother’s Day weekend and stole about $1 million worth of product.
Once inside, the thieves emptied two large safes — sawing one open and likely cracking the code on the other.
The store owner is offering a $75,000 reward.

I can't wrap my head around the fact that $1 million worth of merchandise was stolen from an Illinois jewelry store. That's a whole lot of expensive items to add up to that kind of cash. It sounds like "Oceans 14" or something.
Just like in the movies, the thieves broke through the wall of the office next door. That's not an easy job. Then, it was time for a safe cracker. They put a lot of time and effort into this heist. The owner is devastated and is offering a $75,000 reward.
