Matthew Harkey, is Indicted on 21 Charges in Roscoe Abduction

From WREX Matthew Harkey could face life in prison, after the abduction and sexual assault of a woman in Roscoe.

Mr. Harkey is up on 21 charges including:

• attempted first degree murder 
• aggravated criminal sexual assault
• home invasion
• aggravated kidnapping

After a chase, Harkey was arrested back in March, in downstate Illinois.
