Have you ever noticed garbage, that isn't your garbage? What I mean is, is there some "illegal dumping" going on? Yes, I said it...Illegal.

So let's get right to the nuts and bolts of this, or should I say the banana peels and pizza boxes...Yes, you must deposit your garbage, in your garbage. Now in someone else's dumpster. ILGAGOV

Here's the official word, pay attention illegal dumpers:

It is unlawful for a person to dump, deposit, or place garbage, rubbish, trash, or refuse upon real property not owned by that person without the consent of the owner or person in possession of the real property. Sec. 47-15/ILGAGOV

So there you go, don't mix trash. It's a no-no. So what if you do this and get caught. There are security cameras everywhere, and everyone wants to be "social media" famous, so phones are out recording your every move...Also, I think Elon Musk is watching all that we do as well. Just my opinion. So what is the penalty for illegal dumping?

A person violating this Section is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor for which the court must impose a minimum fine of $500. A second conviction for an offense committed after the first conviction is a Class A misdemeanor for which the court must impose a minimum fine of $500. Sec. 47-15/ILGAGOV

So there it is, fined $500 for doing the illegal dump. Shame on you.
