96.7 The Eagle morning guy, Double T, had the chance to chat with the longtime drummer from the Black Crowes, Steve Gorman.

I've always been a fan of the Black Crowes. When they came out in 1990, the band had its own sound and doing something totally different from everybody else. I went to see them live several times which was always a fun experience.

Unfortunately, the band has been on a longterm hiatus. Gorman has kept active. He wrote a book about his experience in the Crowes called "Hard To Handle: The Life and Death of the Black Crowes, A Memoir." He also has another band called "Trigger Hippy." I recommend checking them out. They're really cool. He even hosted a sports talk radio show for a while.

I had a chance to talk with the drummer to find out what's been happening in his life. Check it out.
