Criminals Picking Their Arrest Spots? It’s Happening In Illinois

Where they get arrested is the same thing, too. Apparently, some places are better than others. Chicago is a much better place to get caught breaking the law because its system is a little more lax since so many people live there. Criminals believe the suburbs are much tougher.
A woman stole a car in DuPage County. The local police caught on and tried to pull her over. She wasn't having it because that Illinois county enforces its laws much harder than Cook County. No matter what the cops did, she wouldn't stop until she made it to Chicago. Of course, that made things way worse.

According to Fox 32 Chicago...
A Chicago woman was charged after allegedly leading Villa Park police on a high-speed chase in a stolen car.
The suspect, Molly Borowski, allegedly reached speeds up to 109 mph and told police she fled because she "knows how DuPage County is."
She's facing charges including aggravated fleeing and eluding, possession of a stolen car, and possession of burglary tools.
