Illinois Thief Loves Stealing Cologne

I have a couple of questions for the bad guys. Why do criminals return to the scene of the crime they committed? When a suspect gets arrested, when they get out of jail why do they immediately commit another crime? Maybe, they like prison?

So let me get this straight. This guy gets arrested for stealing expensive cologne from a store. He goes to jail. The next day he gets released. Less than 24 hours after the first incident, the suspect goes back to the same store an attempts stealing the same cologne again. He was arrested the second time too.

Our suspect must really like cologne or maybe his lady likes him in cologne because there is no reason for him to commit the same crime again, especially after getting arrested after the first attempt. He's a genius.
