IceHogs To Honor Fred VanVleet, Special Olympics, And Star Wars
This weekend, the Rockford IceHogs games will feature some fun things including Fred VanVleet, Special Olympics, and Star Wars.
The best thing about minor league sports is it's not just about the game. It's about the whole experience and affordable family fun.
This weekend is jam-packed with excitement for Rockford IceHogs fans.
It kicks off on Saturday night at 6pm vs Cleveland Monsters. It's Fred VanVleet Bobblehead Night. The first 2,500 fans will receive this limited edition giveaway honoring Rockford native, Auburn High School alumni, and current NBA/Toronto Raptor player.
On Sunday afternoon at 4pm vs San Antonio Rampage, it's a fan favorite every year, Star Wars Night. There will be Star Wars themed activities and characters throughout the arena. Plus, the first 2,500 fans will receive a Hammy/Star Wars Garden Gnome.
In addition on Sunday, the IceHogs will be honoring Rockford area Special Olympic athletes.
