Go for a Wood-Fired Pizza and Beer Down on the Farm

I stumbled across this one of a kinda pizza joint in Cochrane, WI.

Suncrest Gardens Farm in Cochrane, Wi is labeled as "Vegetables. Wood-Fired Pizza. Farm Weddings. Private Parties" on their website. This place looks incredible.

Typically your favorite pizza place have comfortable seating, a big open bar, a kids menu, and well dressed staff. This place isn't typical.

Suncrest Gardens Farm is approximately 4 hours from Rockford, but this looks like a road trip worth making. Great farmland, wood-fired pizza, and cold beer. I am canceling all weekend plans right now.

Picture this, sitting around in lawn chairs with family and friends.  There is a bucket of  beers, lawn games, and a beautiful farm as your surroundings complete with roaming barnyard animals. If it rains, you can eat in the barn.

Then it's time to order a pizza, here are some things worth mentioning according to ONLY

•  They provide no utensils
•  Farm fresh ingredients
•  Bring your own chairs
•  You could wait up to an hour
•  No napkins
