A man in Plainfield had his drunken, stupid moment. This guy thought it would be a great idea to start shooting his girlfriend with his gel pellet gun. He hit her several times, including in the face. Even though it was that kind of weapon, it still hurts to get shot. I don't blame her for calling the cops. It was not a funny joke.

A Plainfield man is accused of shooting a woman in the face with a gel pellet gun while intoxicated, according to Aug. 13 court documents obtained by Patch.
Andrew P. Lytle, 44, is facing four charges of domestic battery — two misdemeanors, two felonies — after an Aug. 10 incident in the 16100 block of South Burgundy Drive.
"When asked if he shot someone with a pellet gun, Andrew made a shocked face, lifted his left arm up and stated, 'It's f---ing gel," prosecutors allege.
