Freeport Man Arrested For Stealing $15 Earrings For His Valentine

After stealing a $15 pair of earrings for his Valentine, a Freeport man was arrested.

I understand wanting to get something nice for your significant other but sometimes you just don't have the money. Remember, stealing isn't a solution.

According to mystateline.com,

"A man has been charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing a pair of earrings from a Freeport clothing store. Freeport Police say they were called to Sophia’s Boutique on Valentine’s Day. Employees told police that a male suspect had stolen a $15 pair of earrings."

If you're going to take the risk of breaking the law, maybe take something a little bit more expensive.
