This is the biggest question mark about how David Ross is going to balance his obvious friendship with former teammates and being "the boss."

It really shouldn't be that big of a deal. Anyone who has watched or listened to David Ross knows that he's been preparing for this role pretty much his entire career. He gets instant respect and a unique connection to the clubhouse that new managers have rarely if ever, received.

Now I would love to see him try to pull Lester after an inning and a third, that's just funny.
