I'm guessing that pretty much every one of us has had at least one bad day at work. Depending on your age, probably many. Unfortunately, it's part of life. I've got a pretty cool job, but I've had some bad ones too. For some people, their bad day goes up by epic proportions compared to others. I would say this guy in Wilmington, Illinois had a legendary bad day.

 A worker was rescued Tuesday after being stranded inside a gas station sign in Wilmington for hours, according to authorities.

Do you ever look at a job and say, I give that person a lot of credit because that's such a difficult job? Or I wonder who has that assignment. That's what I think when I drive by one of those huge advertising signs that goes way up in the air. Someone has to do it, and someone has to get paid to do it. As long as it isn't me. I'm good with that.

One of those employees had the job of fixing a gas station sign that was 130 feet above the highway. Once he got up to the sign, his lift malfunctioned, so he was stuck. He climbed inside the sign and waited. This all started at 11am. The local fire department's ladder truck was not tall enough. Luckily, the company was able to bring out another lift truck. There was only one bad part. It took 3 hours to get there. The worker was safely back on the ground at 2pm.
