Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. It is so much fun. Plus, Illinois is one of the best states to celebrate. Let's face it, Chicago is top-notch for dressing up and parties. The normal bars do a great job celebrating, but it's hard to beat the pop-up bars. Those places can strictly focus on Halloween. The themes are all pretty cool too. This one has to be one of the best. Who doesn't love Frankenstein?
