Pandemic Major League Baseball has been "very very good" to the Chicago Cubs.

According to NBCChicago it's been over 50 years since the Cubs have started this hot. New manager, no fans, no problem.

Seven straight wins, the starting pitching including Thursday nights starter (I can't say or type his name, I will jinx it....yes I'm a little superstitious) has been lights out. As a Chicago Cubs fan, it's kinda weird to watch because the big bats haven't even really done anything yet.

There will be this shortened season strange crunch or games at the end though. which has me a bit concerned. The STL Cardinals have has to cancel games due to COVID, which will cause teams including the Cubs to play a bunch of double headers towards the end. This could sway the standings in a BIG way but as long at the "W" still flies at Wrigley Field the way it has been, this Pandemic MLB Season could make for another championship year.
