Below Zero is Will Roger's company, a mom and pop's catering company, is out of Huntley,IL. He and Below Zero 21 & Over Alcohol Scoops will be getting national coverage on the Discover Channel in December as well. They will be featured on a show called "Billy Bob Gag's to Riches."

WIFR.com reports that Below Zero served their first scoops Wednesday night at the IceHogs game. If you missed it, they will also be serving their tasty treats at an IceHogs game in January too.
