A Rockin’ Rockford Christmas
Christmas... Holidays... Food... Trees... SANTA!!! Oh how I love the holidays and I love to spend that time with family traditions and festivities. There is PLENTY of family Holiday fun right here in our own backyard!
Christmas Lights are my favorite thing EVER! I always take my freshly made cookies and hot chocolate, and go hunting for the best light displays I can find.
The Festival of Lights:
December 6th-8th from 5-10 p.m. and everyday from Dec. 20-31st.

The Rockton Christmas Walk:
December 6th fom 3-9 p.m. and December 7th from 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Parade at 6 p.m. Luminaries, caroling at Village Green Park on Chapel Street and MORE in downtown Rockton!

I still haven't found my perfect tree yet, but I always find my Rockin' Tree with the local Boy Scouts!
Troop 181 Boy Scouts Tree Stand:
Monday - Friday from 5 - 9 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

And of course, the music. Who doesn't love to sing at the top of their lungs to their favorite Christmas tunes? (I know I do!)
Trans-Siberian Orchestra (who big kudos for helping us out so much for our 96 Hours of Caring) is performing their Winter Tour at the AllState Arena on December 28th.
