In a now viral video, 10 year old Lane Bridges gives his pee-wee football team a pep-talk.

The video got so much traction in his community, he was invited to give a pre-game speech, as well as multiple news outlets asking for him to give their staffs a pep-talk.

Fox and Friends Live Studio Audience received a speech from Lane, who his mom says doesn't ever prepare and just goes from the top of his head. He told them

"We all have been knocked down in the past. We've all had hard times, but does that really matter? Just because the world knocks you down, doesn't mean you can't get up. You are more powerful than the world because you have the ability to change it. So, when you get knocked down just remember: You are stronger and you are braver."

Lane received a standing ovation for his speech.
