Get Your Steps In And Buzz On At This Wisconsin Wine Walk
What a great way to spend a Saturday, drinking some wine and exploring a small Wisconsin town.
Janesville To Host A Wine Walk
This fall wine walk is happening in downtown Janesville. The event is on Saturday, September 28th from 1 pm to 5 pm. Nothing like some day drinking. There are nineteen stops to sample wines from all over the world. No pressure to hit them all unless you want a big headache the next day.
Remember that when drinking, food is always a good idea. Don't worry there will be plenty of chances to grab something to eat along the way. Many of the restaurants will be featuring specials to go along with the event.
The wine walk also acts as a fundraiser for Janesville. It helps to support free events that happen in the downtown area all year long. It's the best kind of fundraiser which is fun but also helps a great cause. Plus, anyone who is 21 or older can participate.
Besides the wine and food, the stores in downtown Janesville will also be participating by running some special deals on merchandise. Don't worry if you get tired of walking because a trolley will be provided to take people from place to place.
This is a great way to get out in the community and support all the businesses in downtown Janesville, which is a nice little Wisconsin town. Our neighbors to the north really know how to have a good time.
The VIP tickets have already sold out but there are plenty of regular tickets still available. They are just $45 each. I'm sure you'll get your money's worth of wine during the walk.
