Wearing Adult Diapers to Work in Rockford

This news story is disturbing and doesn't sound very American.

According to Eater workers at some poultry plants across the country work in pretty ridiculous conditions. They are DENIED BATHROOM BREAKS and are forced to mess themselves to keep their jobs.

This seems like a story you hear about in some third world country, not in America and especially not in a place that handles food!

The story goes on to say that chicken workers in Arkansas, North Carolina, and Delaware, and other states, reported they could not leave their job position so they wore diapers to deal with a lack of potty breaks.

Gross, so wrong, no place for this in any work environment, but what if. What if there were jobs in Rockford where employees wore adult diapers:

• Police Officer - Do you know why I pulled you over son, oh and don't mind the foul odor.
• TV Anchor - ...and in other news I haven't left the news desk in 9 hours.
• Ice Cream Truck Driver - I have Rocket Pops, Drumsticks, Push-Ups and a full diaper.
• Teacher - Class I will sit here until we you come up with an answer for number nine on your homework assignment. Literally, going to sit here all day.

Denying employees a bathroom break is just wrong, and I hope this situation gets taken care of ASAP. Treating employees with respect is huge. Lori knows I think she is #1 even though sometimes she acts like a #2.
