I really don't understand people sometimes. What was this guy thinking? Well, he probably wasn't. Hopefully, he'll go to jail for a really long time. Plus, he'll never be able to rent a U-Haul ever again. Maybe he purchased the extra insurance they offer.

Officials in Wisconsin say that a 33-year-old man was arrested for an alleged third OWI and on a felony warrant after a long and chaotic pursuit in a rental U-Haul.

 

The driver was reportedly not armed when arrested; however, officers reported freshly used illegal drugs, believed to have been ingested during the standoff.

 

He has a long criminal history, including an armed robbery conviction and reckless endangerment.
