The 8-month-"old lady" baby, named Kinley Jo, had her photo submitted by her parents to the WQAD Facebook page earlier today and it's ridiculously cute.

Complete with a walker made of PVC the Rock Falls baby Halloween photo has been shared nearly 100 times and has nearly 700 likes.
