The Price is Right Came to Rockford

Everyone dreams of the day where their name gets called to 'come on down.'

This weekend there was a ton of fun to be had at the Coronado. It was the first time in history that the greatest game show of all time came to Rockford, 'The Price is Right.'

WIFR reports that the host of the show is none other than Stateline native Andy Martello. He said it was a real treat for him to be able to host the show in his own backyard.

The Price is Right Live has been touring the country for 10 years and this is the first time it made it to Rockford.

Contestants on the show won plenty of prizes including cash and trips across the country.

The Price is Right Live is currently touring and you can find ticket information here. There is no word yet if and when the show will be returning to Rockford, but we can all hope so!
