The Judge That Let Bus Driver That Raped Girl Off With no Jail Time, May Be Removed

26 year old Shane Piche, a NY bus driver. pleaded guilty to raping a 14 year old girl. The judge let him off with NO JAIL TIME, and now the judge might be looking for a new job.

According to MyStateline a petition calling for the removal of judge James McClusky has now reached 60,000 signatures.

Judge James McClusky just let a child rapist off with a slap on the wrist. Remove him from his position immediately for his blatant disregard for survivors of sexual assault - The petition's author, Shaunna Thomas.

 

Shane Piche received probation for raping the 14 year old last summer.
