Judge Stops Building of Asphalt Plant in Rockton

If you are driving around the Rockton area, you may have seen the "No Asphalt Plant" signs. Well according to WREX a judge agrees, for now.

In June it was voted 10 to 9 to approve this plant, but things have changed for the time being. A judge "issued a stay" to prevent any physical construction of an asphalt plant in Black’s Quarry. Too be continued...
