Celebrate The Simpsons 35th Anniversary At This Illinois Museum
I'm a big fan of The Simpsons TV show. I've been watching it since the beginning. It came out when I was in college so my friends and I would get together each week to watch it. I even have a Homer toy in my office right now.

It's hard to believe that on December 17th celebrates the 35th anniversary of the show. I'll help you with the math. It came out in 1989. If you enjoy the show, then you'll want to check this out so you get your Simpsons moment.

Throughout the whole month of December, you can get your picture with Homer's car at the Volo Auto Museum in Volo, Illinois. Okay, it's not the real car because that's a cartoon but this vehicle is an exact replica.
The museum purchased this special vehicle from a man in Muskegon, Michigan. It is the closest replica to Homer's actual car on the show. The display in Volo features the automobile and lifesize cardboard cut-outs of the whole Simpson family. By the way, it's free with your admission.
Besides The Simpsons car, there is so much else to see at the Volo Auto Museum. They have a whole collection of famous movie cars. That is my favorite part about the place. Plus, there's plenty more to see at this special place.
