Popular Television Game Show Coming to Rockford

Wear your craziest costumes and hope you don't get "Zonked."

I'll never forget the first time I saw the television game show Let's Make A Deal.

I couldn't stop watching as people were dressed up in the silliest costumes. Monty Hall talked to a cowboy, a lady dressed like a flower and some other costume I couldn't quite recognized. Some of the prizes people would win were just plain silly. A lion cub? A pair of donkeys? Ugh, no thank you. But in the spirit of the game it was fantastic.

WIFR reports, Let's Make A Deal Live! is coming to Rockford on October 12th at the Coronado Performing Arts Center! How cool is that! Tickets go on sale July 31st at 10 a.m. You can get tickets at coronadopac.org, ticketmaster.com or by calling 815-968-5222 or at the Coronado Performing Arts Center box office.

There is no word yet on who the host of the Let's Make A Deal Live! host will be. But they promise it will a very popular celebrity host.

Tons of cash and prizes will be given out at the show.

I'm telling ya, Captain Jack and I should dress up as Eagles and go! How fun would that be!
