Northern Illinois’ 14 Best Restaurants According to OpenTable

If you aren't familiar with OpenTable, it is a fantastic online program that allows users to book reservations at their favorite restaurants online.

I've used OpenTable as both someone making a reservation and as someone receiving the reservation.

OpenTable via Reboot Illinois has put out a list of the best restaurants in Illinois. I've decided to narrow it down to the best restaurants in Northern Illinois.
