National Signing Day has come and gone. Even with the first early signing period in history, it was very exciting to see where everyone was going in 2018.  The Georgia Bulldogs ended with the best recruiting class as Kirby Smart dethroned Nick Saban and the Tide from the top spot for the first time in seven years. Is that a sign of things to come?

Ohio State also had a great day as Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes closed down the number 2 recruiting class in the land according to Rivals. His counterpart and rival Jim Harbaugh wasn't as lucky. The Michigan Wolverines closed the year with a top 25 ranking at number 21. Penn State came in at number 5 while Nebraska landed at number 22 in Scott Frost's first year.
