The body of 21-year-old Matthew Listman was discovered near a Creek in Normal, Illinois. The man's body was found at the intersection of W. Summit and N. Main Streets in Normal, Illinois.
The man's toxicology report should be released soon, but the cause of death was because of drowning to death in the setting of cold exposure. So sad.
Police officials in Normal, Illinois are investigating the cause of death further, after the man went missing for a period of time. Initially there appears to be no criminal activity, but the authorities will continue to investigate.
