The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group just opened Kindling Downtown Cookout & Cocktails this month. It's 17,000 square feet and takes up two floors. The capacity is 500 diners. They are proud to feature the largest live-fire grills in the Windy City. It's designed like nothing else in Illinois. There will be an outdoor terrace opening once the weather gets better.
