What's worse is, if you want to eat healthily it will cost even more money. I can't even believe how expensive it's gotten. When I'm walking out of the store, I always think I left a couple of bags behind because of how much the total is.

We're pretty lucky here in Rockford because the cost of living including groceries is pretty reasonable. I couldn't even imagine living in Chicago. I would have to take out a loan to buy food for my family to eat. I don't know how people afford it.

If you enjoy living in a bigger city, there is a nice affordable option in Wisconsin. The funny thing is I would've never guessed the location. The cheapest groceries in the state and the United States is Milwaukee.
